Custom Screen Printed Plastisol Transfers
With Best Heat Transfers, you can create any transfer design or logo to apply to many fabric types. All you need to do is send in your logo or design and we will create a custom transfer for your t-shirt, tote bag, sports team or school uniforms.
We have transfer formulas for fabric types that may be difficult for screen printers to print on. For example, printing on 100% polyester with only plastisol ink can cause what is know as dye migration. This happens when the polyester dyes bleed through think ink. So if you have a red 100% polyester shirt with white ink, your logo may turn pink about one week after you get them from your screen printer. We have a transfer formula to keep this from happening called Polyester Athletic Formula which has a special adhesive that specifically blocks dye migration on polyester fabrics.
Once we have your artwork, we will print it on plastisol transfer paper. We use a premium release paper using only the best transfer inks. The ink we use will give you a bright clear, durable image which makes your heat transfer last as long as the garments you apply them to.
With a large selection of ink colors, you can customize your design and have your heat transfers looking terrific. If you don’t find your perfect ink color from our 33 stock colors, we can match any pantone color for a small fee.
