SUMMARY
Aqua Color HD heat transfers offer high resolution, 2400 x 2400 DPI graphics which are certified CPSIA Compliant containing no PVC or Phthalates. This high resolution technology can produce photographic quality custom transfers in small quantities. The water base screen printed heat transfer allows you to print on nearly every fabric type.

Artwork Specifications
FILE FORMAT
Acceptable vector files: CorelDRAW®, Adobe® Illustrator®, .ai , .eps, .cdr, .pdf
Other files accepted: Adobe Photoshop non flattened file.
PLEASE SEND YOUR ARTWORK AT THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IT PRINTED. If not, you must indicate the exact size you would like it changed to.
All non-vector artwork is subject to a Special art charge. Vector files will be evaluated to determine if they are print ready.
COLORS
Please use spot colors when creating your artwork. Only use white in your design if it represents white ink and your design is shown on a colored background.
FONTS
All fonts in vector artwork need to be converted to curves (CorelDRAW®) or outlines (Illustrator®). Once your text is converted and sent to us, it can no longer be edited.
LINE WEIGHT
All lines need to be a minimum weight of 1 pt. All negative spaces need to be a minimum thickness equivalent to 2 pts.
BACK PRINT – “UNDERBASE”.
If your design requires a back under base, a minimum thickness of 5 pts. is required (behind the fill) around the perimeter of the design.
Applications Instructions
For 100% Cotton or Polyester blends:
Medium Pressure
295 – 305 degrees F
1. Pre-heat garment 3-5 seconds.
2. Apply transfer 10-15 seconds.
3. DO NOT PEEL UNTIL COMPLETELY COLD! AKA COLD PEEL TRANSFER
For Non-Woven Fabric and Nylon:
Medium Pressure
235 degrees F
1. Pre-heat garment 3-5 seconds.
2. Apply transfer 10 seconds.
3. Peel COLD.
Sheet Sizes
12″ x 18″ – Live Print area is 11.5″ x 17.5″
Washing Instructions
Wash in Cold water, tumble dry with low heat.
