RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. However, we reserve the right to offer any refunds or exchanges without prior authorization. Custom Heat Transfers will only be replaced if the product is deemed defective by us. The following conditions must be met before any reprint will be authorized.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Photographs of issue must be sent to our Quality control team before sending any product back.
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- Defective items will not be replaced unless notified within 30 days of delivery date.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All returns or reprints must have prior approval from BestHeatTranfers.com before the company will accept the return. A return authorization number will be issued once the product has been deemed defective by BestHeatTranfers.com
2. Reprint Policy
2.1 A reprint of the exact order will be offered if BestHeatTransfers.com determines the transfers to be defective.
2.2 No changes to the quantity, ink colors, or layout will be permitted unless prior authorization is made.
2.3 If product is found defective we will only cover ground shipping on your order. No Next Day shipping without extra charges, regardless of fault.
2.4 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
3. Product Replacement Policy
3.1 BestHeatTransfers.com is not responsible for or to any product you apply our transfers to. We will not cover any replacement costs on any item. We will replace the transfer only, not the product you apply the transfers to. We do not guarantee our products to work on every fabric or substrate. You are solely responsible for doing your own testing when applying BestHeatTransfers.com transfer products to your products. No Exceptions to this policy!
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 We reserve the right to allow or deny any or all transfer product replacements and reprints. We will not cover any damages caused by the delay in your order or damages to your products.
