Aqua Color HD transfers give you the advantage of creating a photographic image or create a spot color look using an unlimited amount of colors. Each transfer is printed on a clear film release carrier sheet. This allows you to see exactly what your image will look like before you even apply them with a heat press machine. The Aqua Color HD system also prevents dye migration which comes from 100% polyester fabrics. Your images will be highly opaque on dark colors.

Ordering Aqua Color HD Transfers is very simple with Best Heat Transfers. Simply navigate to the product and choose from one of the 2 sheet size options available. Once you choose the sheet you can determine how many images you want to place on the sheet also known as a Gang Sheet. You can make several logo t shirts on the same page. Simply place your images on the sheet and allow yourself room to cut them apart either with scissors or with a paper cutter. Be sure you save your file with the images embedded before you save. How to apply Aqua Color HD Transfers
To apply your Aqua Color HD transfers you will need a commercial heat press which can provide at least 50 lbs of pressure and at least 375° F of heat. Many Cheap heat press machines will not work if they can not provide the minimum amount of pressure and heat. The application process with a heat press machine is slightly different depending on the Plastisol transfer formula you choose.
To apply Aqua Color HD heat transfers the application for T-shirts is
- Temperature 285°F to 295°F (less for black fabric)
- Dwell time 12 seconds
- Pressure 40 PSI to 45 PSI
- Wait until completely cold before peeling away film.
Aqua Color HD Heat Transfers – What can you print?
You can apply and Logo with Aqua Color HD Transfers to 100% cotton, 100% polyester, 50/50 cotton polyester fabrics.
