The beauty of custom heat transfers is they give you the ability to print several of the same or different designs on one sheet. You pay only for the price of the sheet and sometimes cutting.
This means the more images you fit on the sheet, the lower your unit cost. In the example video above, I show how you can repeat the same image to fit 15 total images on the 11″x17″ transfer sheet. Let’s say you have (5) different images of the same size.
If you print 5 images of each design and you run 25 total sheets, you will have a total of 125 pieces of each design. Just running the minimum of 25 sheets, your unit cost is as low as 29¢ each. **one color 11×17″ sheet @ 25 sheets.
Your investment in the design inventory of 5 designs is only $108.75 for a total of 375 pieces in this example using our Cotton soft screen printed heat transfers. This example we assume you have a heat press machine.
